Fabien Barral has one of the most inspiring sites for design I have ever experienced:

A designer himself, he collects and exchanges inspirational print and digital media with other designers, then presents them to the public, along with his own design discoveries.

A stickler for good site design as well, he purposely has no RSS feed. Now that's old school.
